Georgie Cutbill | Founder

I’m Georgie Cutbill, founder of The Bruton Housekeeper — a discreet and highly personal service specialising in private household management in Somerset. Based in Bruton, I support both full-time residents and second-home owners with tailored, quietly capable care.

Before launching The Bruton Housekeeper, I spent over 20 years leading high-end branding projects for clients including Sky, NatWest, and the Falkland Islands — a career built on managing complex briefs, exacting standards, and deeply personal relationships. That same skillset now underpins my approach to trusted house management in Bruton and the surrounding countryside.

I’ve lived in the West Country since 2006, and combine metropolitan polish with deep local knowledge. As a parent, I understand the practicalities of family life in this area — from finding the right schools and doctors to navigating trusted local services. I’m also highly experienced in managing households with animals, with strong connections to local vets, groomers, and pet care professionals. As an accomplished horsewoman, I’m well-placed to support clients with equestrian interests — from stabling and feed suppliers to farriers and transport.

My network of cleaners, gardeners, builders, and decorators has been built over nearly two decades, and I manage every project and supplier with the same care and attention I bring to each property oversight client across Somerset. You can find out more about how we work here.

I lead The Bruton Housekeeper personally, working with a trusted team to support a small number of households at any one time. I offer tailored, dependable support that makes running a country home feel effortless — whether that means managing trades, preparing for guests, or overseeing major projects. My clients value discretion, calm competence, and consistent care — and know that nothing is ever overlooked in the work I do across Bruton and beyond.
